Caley Bell-Pasht, RP

I’m a registered psychotherapist specialising in chronic pain. My work is grounded in a biopsychosocial understanding of pain and a deep interest in how the brain, behaviour and lived experience interact to shape ongoing symptoms.

My education and clinical experience in health and the human body have shaped how I understand pain and healing. Over time, my work has become increasingly focused on understanding and supporting the full experience of chronic pain – physically, emotionally and socially. I’m especially interested in helping people make sense of symptoms that feel confusing, overwhelming or difficult to explain. My work focuses on supporting clients as they build a new relationship with pain through greater understanding and evidence-based approaches grounded in current pain science.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping a strong focus on the mind-body connection and how pain is processed in the brain and nervous system. I work collaboratively with patients to set meaningful goals, move at a pace that feels manageable, and create a safe and supportive space to explore what’s needed for lasting change.

What matters most to me is helping people connect the dots in their pain experience – making sense of what can feel confusing, fragmented or overwhelming and offering steady, grounded support through a very challenging time.
