What We Do

We provide psychotherapy for people living with chronic pain. Our work is grounded in the understanding that pain is influenced by biological, psychological and social factors.

We help clients understand these influences, identify what can be changed, and develop greater acceptance of what cannot – so energy can be directed toward what matters most.

Our Clinical Approach

We take a short-term, evidence-based approach focused on practical solutions.

Our goal is to educate on the science of pain and support people as they learn to understand and manage their own chronic pain and the suffering that accompanies it.

We use a tailored combination of these evidence-based modalities:

A therapy room with a sofa and laptop on it, an armchair with a decorative cushion, a large fig tree with broad leaves, and a window on the right letting in natural light.
